GET YOUR RESULTS. THEN GO SKIING…

The Best coaching from these BASI examiners

WHAT HAPPENS
AFTER YOU GET
YOUR RESULTS?

With A Level results (and many others) coming in, we know how hard you’ve worked – and how stressful the wait is.

But what happens afterwards?

Well a ski gap course is a great option if you’re not going straight to Uni.

So here’s some more information about where you can go, when they run and what to expect…

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The courses are between eight and ten weeks long.

They usually included the BASI Level 1 and 2 (BASI is the British Association of Snowsport Instructors).

You’ll be coached by instructors with the highest BASI qualification. Many are examiners too.

You’ll live in the heart of Verbier or Saas Fee.

Plus you’ll be in small coaching groups, with a maximum of eight trainees in a group.

We run courses in two resorts and starting at four different times of year:

Exam results decisions

WHICH ONE IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

Naturally this depends on your plans (and, to an extent, your passport). There are a lot of factors to consider but here’s a quick summary of all of our courses.

VERBIER DECEMBER
If you want to get qualified and then head off to another adventure then the Verbier December course is perfect – arrive at the very start of the season (in one of the most snow-sure resorts in Switzerland) and ski for ten weeks – you can even head home for Christmas.

Plus you can stay longer after the course, enjoy more skiing and do the full winter.

VERBIER JANUARY AND FEBRUARY
If you already have plans but want to squeeze in a course after Christmas then the January start and February start are always popular.

Our February course is starting earlier than ever this season and (as well as being cheaper than our other courses) allows you to start mid-season and enjoy the amazing spring conditions as your course progresses.

SAAS FEE AUTUMN
Meanwhile, if you hold an EU passport then the Saas Fee course could be perfect – because you can teach afterwards for the full winter.

But even if you don’t teach after Saas Fee, getting qualified in the autumn means you can head off for other adventures afterwards.

In truth the best solution is often to give us a call and chat about what would be perfect for you.

ARE THERE SPACES?

Yes. So don’t panic.

Currently we have a few spaces in Saas Fee, whilst the Verbier courses are filling up and we expect to open an extra group or two.
