SMALLER GROUPS: BETTER RESULTS

Small group sizes in Verbier

EIGHT IS GREAT

You probably already know that at Peak Leaders we have always been committed to quality.

And that’s never been more true than when we plan our on-snow coaching.

That’s why we have so many BASI Examiners in our coaching team.

But we also stick to small group sizes.

Here’s why we do it and what you can expect.

SO WHAT’S BETTER ABOUT SMALLER GROUPS?

Some courses run large groups – sometimes ten trainees in a group, or more.

But we don’t. We have always been committed to smaller groups because that means better one-to-one coaching – which means we see more passes when it comes to the exams.

It also means the atmosphere in the groups is fun and friendly.

It’s one of our commitments to quality that ensure better results for trainees.

WHY EIGHT?

We have always looked at different ways to increase the face-to-face time trainees get with their coaches.

We use floating coaches moving between groups as well as extra training in smaller groups.

A few years ago the examining body switched to 8 in an exam and we agreed that it was a good idea. We saw that it would increase quality and it was a move that would push pass rates even higher.

So all of our training is in groups of no more than eight.
