Jobs

We want to create a company that we are proud of.  For this to happen we need outstanding people. So that's why we are on the look out for talented and dynamic people to come and join us.

We work hard and give people the opportunity to develop themselves and each other and reward when people do so.

So if you're interested in joining our team, either in the office in Scotland or as one of our course leaders in Canada, Argentina, New Zealand, Switzerland and France, we'd love to hear from you...

Course Leaders Winter 2008-2009

Are you a proven leader, who enjoys working with young and dynamic individuals and is passionate about snowsports? If so, why not apply to become our Course Leader on one of our instructor courses.

The Role

Responsible for up to 40 trainee instructors during their instructor training programme. You will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the course to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the programme.  This includes team building, trouble shooting and enabling members of the group to achieve the objectives of the programme.

Liaise with the Snowsports School, develop and encourage a good relationship with the trainers and trainees.

Work closely with accommodation staff to ensure standards are being met and kept.

The Person

This is the most important bit! You must have great people skills, be an excellent listener, provide advice and encouragement to trainees. We need to you to have proven experience of leading a group of individuals. It’s just as important to be able to discipline the group as to organise the end of course party!

As you are the ‘face’ of Peak Leaders, we’ll expect to you act in a highly professional manner at all times, promote the company in the resort and act as a role model. You will use your excellent interpersonal skills to help develop a group of motivated individuals, many on their gap year.

The role is demanding yet very rewarding, we will have extremely high expectations of you, but in return you will be provided with excellent accommodation and food, flights, lift pass and salary and plenty of time to go out skiing or riding.  You’ll develop as a person too and have plenty of fun along the way.

We also welcome applications from couples for our Course Leader opportunities.  If this sounds like you email a copy of your CV to info@peakleaders.com
