Day one, mega fun, not much sun, had to be done.

A soggy but satisfying first day. The crew arrived yesterday. We were well fed for dinner and breakfast, and got out and about Whistler today. Picked up our season passes, checked out the awesomeness that is Whistler village, then hit the park.

It was, um, kinda wet. It might just be me but it seemed to rain on every chair ride up, then stop on every downhill? Maybe it was just because we were in the trees but it was a weird weather day for sure.

We ticked off several trails, and put our braking, or often lack of braking, skills to the test. Got some air on Crank It Up, times 50. Quote of the day, Ed… “I can’t remember the last time I had that much fun riding mud”.

First day, here we go.

Super Stoke. Check the Crankworx slopestyle digger out in the background. Yes!
